All orders are carefully processed and packed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping
We offer free shipping across Canada on all orders. After processing, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to monitor your delivery and plan accordingly.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your leather goods. If something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Please contact us before sending anything back
- You are responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
